peals do. Just jump on and ride.
No need to buy ankle cuffs and then have to put them on and store them
between night rides.

involves night riding, you'll be all set. Pedal reflectors won't cut it.

There's nobody more serious about night time safety than the
randonneurs. They require them. Reflectors on pedals are not
acceptable substitutes. That tells you something.
