Yes, generally their tires were UNDERINFLATED by 25% to 50% of the 15% Tire Drop Calculated Pressure, from my review of the posts. I would recommend maintain your tire pressure at between 75% to 100% of the 15% Tire Drop Calculated (Berto value) pressure. This provides a 25% Safety Margin. For example if the 15% Tire Drop Calculated pressure is 60 psig, then maintain between 45 psig to 60 psig in the tire. I think this gives enough room to experiment with lower pressures and having a reasonable margin of safety.
