The Nitto Mt Campee R20 <http://www.modernbike.com/product-2126196114?gclid=CLf5wPO0_c4CFQyRaQod9owAvg> is a medium/large rear rack. Exemplary Nitto quality at a lower price ($123).
It does not have double top rails like the Riv/Nitto rear racks, so it's harder to fit both panniers and a trunk. I use an R20 on my Riv Road/650b and it works perfectly with Ortlieb panniers.
