Howdy! I'm in the process of writing a little compare/contrast kinda article about the Clem and, wait for it, the 2017 Trek Verve. It seems ridiculous on its face, but while the marketing behind the bikes is certainly different, the machines themselves have a few things in common that I think justify the comparison.
I have ready access to the full range of sizes and trim levels of the Verve. I don't have easy access to a Clem and was hoping some of you could weigh in to clarify a few points. I'm basing most of my knowledge of the Clem on this page http://www.rivbike.com/product-p/f-clemsmith.htm and what I've read on the RBW list. The questions are all regarding a stock Clem right out of the box. 1. What saddle did it come with? 2. Which crank did it come with? 3. Which rims, hubs and tires did it come with? 4. What size did you get? H or L? If you weighed it in stock form, what did it weigh? 5. Did your Clem vary in any other way from the description on the Riv site? Thanks so much! Once I've wrapped this up, I'll be sure to post a link here. -- Scott Loveless Camp Hill, PA USA http://www.twosixteen.com/fivetoedsloth/ __o _'\<,_ (*)/ (*) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
