Ray and everyone else - Thank you. That's some very generous praise, and I really appreciate it. Those members who made the initial shift to this group probably have heard me say it before, but I feel it's important to define this group by what we are, rather than that we do not want to be. When people take the time to share photos and write about rides, it raises the "signal" level, and the "noise" part tends to drop to nothing in comparison. As a corrollary to that, I'd say that any efforts I've made don't mean squat without the contributions of everyone else. With the way we can instantly communicate these days, it seems that it's much easier to zap off a response with less thought and care than we would if chatting on a ride, or enjoying one another's company directly. Everyone here deserves thanks for taking that small bit of time and attention to their posts to maintain respect and civility. I want to thank everyone who has contributed to the group, either through posts or just reading along.
