Regarding the "Riv" part: I could easily do without the lugs if a frame had the "fit" and "feel" of a good (road) Riv, and such a "Riv" in ti would be wonderful. (IMO, the essence of a Riv is the fit and feel; all else is very much secondary.)
I recall an American seller of custom ti's, who used to be on the iBoblist, who sourced his wares in China. Can anyone recall his company's name? The prices IIRC were very reasonable.
