A ride on the trainer and a run on the treadmill was all I could muster for yesterday or today. Blizzard conditions with 45 to 50 mph gusts made me thankful for my wood stove. One of my daughters is snowed in at her in-laws-to-be and the other lives in Austin, TX with her husband. Both have been in touch, but the Holiday seems strange without them.
