Be careful on that headtube paint though. Once I used wd40, goof off, and other chemical things to remove sticker goo from the wife's bike and one of them seemed to take the finish off the paint. Now it is matte in the spot the sticker was. Top tube.
Maybe start first rubbing with water. Then maybe saliva (gentlest of all cleansers. That is what they clean paintings on art museums with, believe it or not) before using chemicals? And don't rub too long or too hard with any one chemical. You could also ask RBW.
