Jim, it's a Nitto R10 bag support I bought from someone here. It's kinda minimalist, it doesn't double as a rack for a trunk bag or panniers (you might make a Small Loafer fit). I like it 'cause it supports the Carradice I sometimes run, without having that "I'm a big empty rack" look when I don't need any more than a bar tube.
