Actually, they have; it's hidden behind an extremely poorly designed
user interface. The official PDF of the cue sheet is here:

The routes page http://www.lancasterbikeclub.net/cbmc-routes/ also
includes a link to a GPX file, which someone told me doesn't seem to
work for cue-by-cue navigation (not sure if that's correct or not).
I also found the route on RWGPS:
https://ridewithgps.com/routes/15888904 and RWGPS provides several
export formats for GPS for the route. I converted that into a cue sheet
of my own, which is in the Cloud:
