Don't know about this NY place, but for the past 10 years, Calfee has been the leader on bamboo frames. Granted, his frames cost alot more than $650, but if you want cheaper bamboo frames, you can get a Calfee design frame, made in Africa starting at about $500: Bamboosero! Road - $495 http://www.bamboosero.com/road_bikes.html MTB - $585 http://www.bamboosero.com/mountain_bikes.html City - $585 http://www.bamboosero.com/city_bikes.html Cargo - with built in rack capable of handling 400lbs! - $785 http://www.bamboosero.com/cargo_bikes.html Frames are sourced from Ghana. Shops are nearly ready for business in Zambia, Philippines, Uganda and New Zealand. And Calfee have plans in the works for Bamboosero shops in Liberia, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Mexico. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
