Hunter, I've done a few loaded tours with my AHH and thought it performed quite 
well.  Mine is a 56, and I'm a little lighter than you, but I tend to over-pack 
and never saw a need for a heavier bike for road tours myself.  In fact, I've 
started carrying my camping loads on an even lighter (more flexible) bike, and 
I'm seriously considering putting my AHH up for sale to help fund another 
project.  It sure rides nice and nimble unloaded too.
