I'm the second owner. It arrived with the typical Atlantis 'chain suck' paint scratching on the drive-side chain stay. There are a few other scratches on the frame, but no dents, dings, bends etc. The frame is in great shape, no rust, inside treated with frame saver again last year. I've been using a longer bolt with a lock nut on the back when mounting fenders because the right lower fork eyelette threads aren't great. Riv suggested tapping it for the next bolt size, but this has worked perfectly for years so why mess with it.
