For a number of reasons it is time to part with my 61 cm A. Homer Hilsen, delivery of which I took from RBW July 1, 2014.
I would like to avoid packing and shipping, so for the time being, local pick-up or delivery only. "Local" here meaning within 6 hours of eastern Iowa. "Delivery" here meaning I will be happy to meet a buyer halfway. Delivery to western or southern Michigan might be possible too, depending on schedules. Let's talk. *Highlights* 61 cm AHH frameset, Waterford built (though two bottle mounts); excellent condition, no dings or scratches Rich-built Velocity Dyad rims, White Industries MI5 36h rear, SON28 36h front, SKS P50 Longboard fenders, Compass Barlow Pass tires (ca. 100 mi) Phil Wood BB XT derailleurs, Silver downtube shifters, 11–32 8 sp cassette, Sugino 46/36/24 crankset Paul Racer brakes, Dia Compe Gran Compe 202 non-aero levers Mark's Rack, double-strutted, Schmidt EDelux upside-down VO Chris's Rando bar + Tallux 8 cm Brooks B17 Special saddle Recent pictures: https://www.flickr.com/photos/125863173@N06/albums/72157669740716511 I am happy to include the Berthoud Alex Singer bag, the Topeak frame pump, the original Marathon Supreme 40 mm tires, and one or both of the other bar/stem combos this bike has seen: Noodle 46 cm + Tallux 9 cm; Grand Bois Randonneur + Tallux 9 cm (25.4 mm). The original bike, less labor, shipping, and a couple minor items I'm keeping, cost $5300. Reasonable offers entertained. (Original Sean Hipkin box art included, too, if you like.)
