That's a Deore DX RD-M650, from 1990; designed for indexed 7 speed but should work fine with any 6-9 speed SIS shifters.
Very similar to the XT RD-M730, which was a high-quality derailleur. I had an M730 group on my '88 Schwinn KOM (aka Paramountain).
