I'm always tempted to toss my iPhone, but it does serve a bicycling (and thus On Topic) purpose: it's my ride computer for all my bikes. It also replaces watch, tablet, alarm clock, maps, Daytimer, compass, thermometer, shopping lists, and of course serves as the phone needed when you have a child traveling between 2 households. Oh, and I have learned that I hate texting, even though it seems that this is the default method of communication used by anyone under 30. (Texting does keep me in somewhat closer touch with my daughter, but I hate typing on a tiny virtual screen, and dammit I'm not going to use those stupid abbreviations. Also, no way to siri, effing mechanical robot voice!)
But honestly, I'll dump mine as soon as everyone else dumps his. On Wed, Jun 15, 2016 at 11:24 AM, Reid <reidp...@earthlink.net> wrote: > The term "retro" is often used about Rivendell bikes.
