Very nice job. I take it this will be a town cruiser, or are all those low gears for mountain climbing? In either case, enjoy the ride. Good choice of tires. This year, on the tandem we went from from 1.5 Marathon Racers, a pretty good tire, to 1.75 Compass tires and I have been amazed at how much more comfortable the extra 6 mm have been.
