Something is binding up in the cassette area and causing the freehub to not backpedal freely. Mark at RBW might have an answer for you...he's been working on bikes forever, and riding/racing them in crazy conditions which gunk everything up. But the first/easiest step would be to pull and reinstall the wheel, making sure not to overtighten the qr skewer. Good luck!
