I went through a full fitting...measured everything, pbh, etc. I still have the print out....16.9cm of exposed seat post (almost two fistfuls!). That being said I've heard nothing but good things about the shop. They're way on the other side of town from me so I never get over there but I wouldn't hesitate to shop from them.
