Great shots, Richard. Seems our builds will be similar. The Hillborne frame arrived safe & sound (62cm paint blemish on the Riv site saved me $150 and for the life of me, I can't find any blemishes). It took me nearly an hour just to get it out of the box, unpacked, and into my work stand. Very well packed. It really is a handsome machine.
Here's a photo of where I've gotten it so far--mostly bits taken off another bike (Velo Orange Pass Hunter--a nice bike but too small). Included in the build: - Brooks Cambium, Nitto Seatpost - Velocity A23 wheels - Compass Bon Jon Pass tires (700x35mm) - Nitto Noodle Bar - Deore RD with a 9-speed 12-36 cassette - Ultegra FD - Ultegra Compact Crankset (until I replace it) - Tektro R559 & Nitto Tallux (both from Riv) - Shimano Bar end shifters (A keen eye will see those are STI levers on it now--I still need to get brake levers but wanted to sit on it and get a feel for it). A standard 114 link chain is too small, so no chain yet.
