Manny: An excellent resource for touring the area is "Bicycling the Pacific Coast" by Vicky Spring & Tom Kirkendall, from the Mountaineer Press in Seattle. I've used this book for over 20 years, currently on the 4th edition. They did the original research and now update as people send in new info. Mileages, elev profiles, camp sites, parks, it's got it all. It's perfect for your planning purposes. Don't leave home without it!
