The bike that needs the most individual tools is my old Raleigh. Weight
would be a redundant consideration on this bike.
But it remains fast and high in my rotation. (I absolutely love the
function of the half-step gearing and this frame planes)

All loose tools in a roll-up.

Next most tool need is my Paul canti-brake bike, but the other bikes each
carry a mini-tool plus the needed compliment of loose tools.

And yes, each a knife. One carries a Spyderco Native, and the others CRKT
M16 compact, which weighs 2.2 oz.

The leatherman is likely the heaviest piece you have. You know its
usefulness better than I, but that's the one I would evaluate.

I always have my keys with a Swisstech micro, which has surprisingly useful
pliers and 4 sizes of screwdrivers.

It works and weighs nothing. I changed a battery on my truck once with it.
It will cut a replacement derailleur to length.
