I've ridden back from Lincoln City. Here's the 400k which includes that stretch: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/2387387 There are two or so miles of hilly big chunky gravel on Nashville Rd awhile after Siletz. But worth it (I can't believe I am saying that, because I walked much of it) for the scenery and non-existent traffic.
There is also a route to Florence from Eugene, you could reverse it: http://nw-melange.blogspot.com/2014/03/eugene-to-florence-perm-populaire-point.html Once you get into the valley, if you are anywhere near I-5, you can ride north along the Donuts to Total Domination route; switch over to the Eugene to Beaverton finish in Wilsonville, which ends just over a mile from my house, and a block from the transit station where you can hop light rail into Portland. Or ride to Portland, it isn't far and the climb from the Beaverton side is easy. Then bomb downhill into PDX proper.
