Is this the consensus among Clem owners who have ridden the Jones? I'd be
interested to hear more about how they compare.

In other news: 11:15 pm, and I've just put the finishing touches on the new
Matthews. All well, except that Chauncey, with his focus on fat bikes, made
the stays so wide that the X2D-cum-108 Phil don't work; even a 113 is far
too short -- I need a 120 or so.

If anyone has a *Phil* 120 bb assembly or, alternatively, just the
*Phil* spindle,
and wants to trade for ditto on 108 or 113, please get in touch.

Back to Clem: I particularly am interested in how it does on dirt; not
necessarily tight, technical singletrack, which I don't like anyway, but on
dirt roads and doubletrack -- compared to the Jones, and compared to your
standard mountain bike.
