That is a cool bike, and a fun research topic. Designed for the "urban canyon". Like the XO, very much an all-rounder. Stouter than a road bike, but not as stout as an MTB.
Thankfully, it looks like the original radial tires are gone. Is the rear hub a Helicomatic?
