I'm running into issues with the throw of my rear brake cable as a result of
running two different wheelsets with different width rims. I was using a surly
cable hanger originally with my velocity atlas wheels for my smart SAMs then I
bought a set with dyads for my marathon supremes (down to two bikes w/ two
wheelsets!) When I tune the brakes width with the barrel adjusters to
accommodate the narrower dyads it brings the cable carrier too close to the
hanger not allowing brakes to fully engage. So I'm looking for a solution.
Looks like the nitto hangers are 39 mm vs the 75 mm on the surlys. I think
this will allow the bit more throw I need. FYI this is for 56 Sam with Paul
racers. TIA!

FW,

CCB
