Looking to go index thumb shifters, but want to mount them inverted and indexed. I'm going 10 speed, and have a Shimano SLX shadow dynasys rear derailleur.
Anyone know if the Microshift MTN Shifter can be put on Paul Thumbies? (http://www.jensonusa.com/Mountain-Shifters/Microshift-10-SPEED-Bar-End-Shifters).
