Did you recall spacing the drive-side cup out any? Here's a picture of clearances using 123mm Phil Wood BB on a double AT, on my Hilsen: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2421/3923293131_0d96604b1c_b.jpg The 127.5mm Shimano BB fit well when doing a triple chainring test fit, but required a few mm's of drive-side spacers for clearance.
