I'm going to do the Woodys 'cause this project started as more of an aesthetic move than actual concern for weather conditions I don't ride in on this bike. My work/life schedule doesn't permit the kind of mileage most of you put it in rain or shine, and I already have a fender-bike if I want to brave a downpour. The most Clem will see are after-the-rain streets, which the Woodys should handle well enough.
