The Shimano Dura- Ace chain went at full length, no need to cut it. - Installed the front brake, Paul polished Neo-Retro. To get the 3" recommended in the instructions above the tire for the cable hanger, I had to use a regular brake cable as the hanger cable that came with the brakes was too short. May need to get a longer one just so it has the little tab to facilitate engaging/disengaging it. I also used Velo- Orange Rene Herse style cable hangers, instead of the standard (ugly) ones that come with the brakes. Took my sweet time to set up everything, we'll see tomorrow how it works...
