But this saddle worked before. Now it doesn't work. Sure, you lose fitness and firmness and stuff that used to sit on hard muscle is now sinking into something more jellylike, but that sort of discomfort takes longer than a mile or three to manifest itself. Something in the setup - angle (yaw) or height, perhaps? OP says tried many variations on up-down angle.
