Overwhelmingly positive endorsement from me as well. Switched from a shimano dynamo hub that had obvious resistance when turned on (vibration through handlebar) and then just quit working within 100 miles. The SP is light-years better than shimano. Seriously can't even tell when it's on, so I leave it on all the time with an edelux ii and b&m tail light.
