Matt, Mr. P&S, also has a new 3-Rail front rack (about half the width of the porteur), and a new back rack in the works. He also said he has found a new, more durable powder-coat for the racks.
I ordered a 3-Rail rack for myself a few days ago. I've used my P&S porteur on my Hunq. Very nice, very strong, very useful by itself or with a basket, or with panniers.
