Manny: House looking is a chore, eh? Think about what goes thru someone's mind when they are trapped at home under 3' of snow, and they log on here, only to see beautiful pictures of green hills with people riding bikes in shorts....in JANUARY! Not sure but it may be part of the reason for the insane real estate prices.
