Love the color, fit look is great. I would like to hear your thoughts on
the Hilsen vs a low trail bike.

In many ways I prefer the road feel and manners of my 650b Bleriot vs the
low trail, light tubes of the Rawland Stag which I got rolling in 2015. My
front bag capacity needs are low, I usually just throw a phone and camera
in a strap on small Acorn bag, The tool kit and everything else goes in the
back. When I want to carry more stuff I prefer the convenience of a rear
rack and an ortlieb pannier. Unloaded I prefer the feel of the Bleriot, but
of course I have 15+ years of experience on Riv style sport touring frames
so they feel right to me. The Stag behaves better with something on the
front rack and I get used to it quickly enough but I can't say its better
for my very casual low mileage, low performance riding style.

The Stag has better braking and fits bigger tires and fenders easier, so it
has a lot going for it. I've failed at minimalism so I'll be enjoying both
in 2016.
