David: I mounted a Tubus Duo on my Atlantis. Using the hourglass eyelets just below the canti posts for the upper rack mount, the lower end (usually fastened at the dropout) is connected to the fork leg with P-clamp. The result is that the bottom of the rack no longer extends below the fork. The pannier mounting surface is not quite level but not enough off to cause problems. I mount my Orteilb Back Rollers in front. This set-up provides a lot of extra ground clearance without any noticeable effect on handling.
