Nor do I, though I also don't know why they don't do made to order models in 1cm size increments. Also there seem to be non "custom" made to order options that are not listed. Seems if you call and ask, things like a Legolas or 1st generation Bombadil can be ordered for a lot less than the custom price. Perhaps the 58 AHH is just dropping under the radar?
