hey bro, yes, initially filled the flat tube on roadside with 1 oz. (still have the 2nd oz double bagged). I eyeball half by cocking the bottle corner to corner. I could feel the small cut in the tire - it was really a tiny, 1/2-inch long dagger. Pumped to 55 psi and made 9 miles home. At home, I worked the shard out - it was seriously a half-inch disappeared into the tire. Immediately the hole started spraying, I spun it to the bottom and it immediately stopped. I've ridden almost 200 mi since then and no leak whatsoever.
