Very elegantly packed Jan!
You are a better packer than most Japanese cyclotourists!

Since Rivendell frames are getting longer and longer, packed bike will be 
larger than Jan's bike.
And, since most Riv riders tend to put as much load as possible on their 
bikes, carrying both your bike and your bags on your shoulder will be a 
painstaking task.
You will have to learn to reduce your luggage!
