You need to carry everything you need in order to make it to the top, but once you arrive, as the website explains, "you can eat our array of bananas, fruit drinks, etc and socialize with the folks at the top".
Although some sections are steep, your 50/34 with 11-34 should be more than enough. I did it last year with a 50/36 and 12-27.
