You want to find members of NFLCC. Their Bulletin Board is Joe Yates' board, and no membership is required to post there (read and follow the rules) - you should be able to find a local NFLCC member who would be interested in buying you out. If you want to take your time about it, go to a local NFLCC meet and educate yourself. If you have reels to evaluate, this is probably the place to start: http://orca-online.org/reel-talk/ and check out members websites http://orca-online.org/services/web-sites/ Odds are you have fiberglass rods there - if any fly rods, here is the website (I post there as bulldog1935) and my Avatar is the Pflueger Golden West (benchmade) fly reel crest from c. 1935 http://fiberglassflyrodders.com/forum/

Should you have any of the latter, be careful and do take your time. Some benchade reels (even some postwar reels) with provenance can be worth several thousand dollars. There were some great local CA rodmakers, as well, Scott, Winston, Powell, Harnell. Good luck.
