I have bought two bags directly from Carradice. And ended up paying roughly 1/2 the cost of what they go for in the US (inclusive of shipping!).
Keep in mind that if you are ordering from them and you are in the US, they will refund the VAT portion before charging you. Both times they have been very prompt.
