I have XT hubs and Synergy rims on my Rich-built, lighter weight 32h 
wheelset.  Light, smooth and, trouble free.  I think I got them a year ago 
on CL for about $260 which I thought was a great deal for about a $500 
wheelset.  The 36h Dyads will probably be a little heavier but easier to 
seat the tires on (from what I've read).  I agree with Bill... that's a 
great deal for a really nice wheelset.
