I'm skeptical that the rack in the original post would work, especially since the fender boss in the hunq's seatstay bridge faces the axle (i.e., points downwards).
With a Mark's rack, don't forget that the tombstone might hit your saddle rails, depending on your frame size and your saddle height. In my opinion the best choice is a minimal rear rack like a Tubus Fly or Airy, if it can accommodate your tire size and/or fenders.
