For me, Keven is RBW. While there are many other helpful and nice people at RBW, Keven defined my experience there. Always helpful, always answering my questions with a smile, always providing that extra touch to make my experience there worth the 45 minute drive. No question was ever boring, dumb or silly. I haven't been there in a couple of years, but I will miss him next time I go.
The team has big shoes to fill, although I'm sure they'll make sure they do. He set an example that should endure. Keven, salud!!!
