I will definitely ride part of RAGBRAI, but probably not the whole thing. It will depend on the route.
Now a ride across southern Wisconsin would be more interesting to me. There are lots of trails <http://flinthillsfrontiers.org/community-toolbox-1/community-toolbox/develop-national-recreation-cultural-destinations/develop-regional-recreation-map/CS1.1_1.jpg> and the countryside is gorgeous, with lots of serious climbing. The Great River Trail starts north of La Crosse, so that trail would be more practical if RAGBRAI ends in Northeastern Iowa next year. But it connects to the La Crosse River, Elroy-Sparta, and 400 trails <http://www.elroy-sparta-trail.com/files/Bike4trails.jpg>, which gets you almost halfway across the state. I rode the Elroy-Sparta as a young Boy Scout and the tunnels were really cool (literally). It sounds like the Ice Age Trail is primarily intended for hikers, but bikes are tolerated in some sections.
