Keep spinning them to distribute the sealant for the rest of the day. If they 
hold pressure overnight then you should be able to ride them at that point.

I had the Kojaks made tubeless today; they look as if they'll work fine. No 
apparent air leaks. 3-4 oz of Orange Seal.
But how long ought I to leave them, for bead seating and sealing, before 
riding? Can I ride them right away?
