*Hub:* If you're looking to buy new from your LBS, you'll be pretty limited by what they stock. Non-disc, 135 mm hubs are becoming more rare, especially in silver. They can probably order Velo Orange and anything else carried in the QBP catalog.
I recently built up a rear wheel for my Riv using the Velo Orange Grand Cru touring hub <http://store.velo-orange.com/index.php/components/wheelsets-rims-hubs/hubs/grand-cru-4-bearing-touring-hub-135.html>, but it was on sale for $110 (which made it very tempting). It's a good hub and very easy to dis-assemble without any tools. It freewheels pretty quietly--after I put a little grease on the pawls. It's pretty, and available in 130 mm OLD (which my Riv Road has. 128 mm, actually). I haven't tried them, but the Rivendell Silver <http://www.rivbike.com/product-p/hu-1.htm> rear hub is very attractive and $110. Not bad, but also not available through your LBS. MUSA would be nice. So, I looked at the "boutique" hubs like White Industries and Chris King, But, they were all reviewed as having very loud freewheel action, which I hate. *Brake Levers:* I used the the RRL brake levers on Moustache bars. They work well, and are definitely attractive. But, the RRL levers are fantastic on drop bars (best ergonomics I've used), while the ergonomics of the brake levers seems less important on moustache bars (because you mount the levers 90 degrees off). I ended up taking the RRLs off my moustache bars and using non-aero Dia Compe 204 <http://store.velo-orange.com/index.php/components/brakes/levers/dia-compe-204-brake-levers.html> levers. The non-aero cable routing is much less convoluted on moustache bars. I've since changed the bike back to drops (Nitto B135) and the RRL levers, because I prefer the positions available compared to moustaches.
