I'm really digging my new Acorn Bags Boxy Rando Bag so far:
<http://www.flickr.com/photos/natan/tags/acornbags/>. It's solid,
attractive, stiff, and mounts easily to a Mark's Rack. All the pockets
are quick and easy to get to. I wish it was a tiny bit larger so I
could fit a small laptop, but oh well, and if it was that big I
probably would wish it was a lil' bit smaller… such is the delicate
balance of too-big vs. too-small.

That said, I also like the Zugster Rando Bag. The one Seth linked to
is tempting, especially considering Adam's wait list. :)
