Thanks. I am enjoying it more than I thought I would. I had feared that it
would be squirrely, but while it certainly doesn't handle like a Rivendell,
it is surprisingly (to me, at least, after what I'd read) stable and
neutral; quicker than a "real" bike but still pleasant to ride.

And I find the folding size, roughly that of a largish suitcase, to be
surprisingly convenient. I've always preferred cars which accept a bike in
the back without removing wheels, and my 26" wheel road bikes fit
particularly well, but even so, a bike folded in half with 20" wheels just
goes in and out so much easier.

And the folding mechanism seems to be very well thought out. I generally
leave seatpost and handle bar alone, and just drop the stem (it fold
sideways), and then unlatch the frame hinge and fold it in the middle. You
can then lift it almost like a suitcase.

I have on order (from listmembers) a Nelson Longflap and a Nitto saddlebag
Grip; eventually I hope to swap out the M 737s with M 324s with a
no-retention side.

Since taking that photo I've swapped the MKS Urbans for the old Shimano
SPDs, and switched the fenders: front to rear and rear to front for better
coverage. I rode it a very short distance through flooded streets last week
after a southwester downpour, and the fenders, despite being flat and
narrow, worked pretty well. I gave each a generous application of Johnson's
Furniture Wax.

Altogether I'm quite happy with it.
